Course purchases are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are listed in USD. Refund policies are provided at the time of purchase. Contact us at info@agilemarketingmastery.com for refund requests.

All course content, materials, recordings, and resources are the intellectual property of Agile Marketing Mastery. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Your course enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the purchased content.

Our platform integrates with Zoom to deliver live training sessions. By enrolling in courses with live sessions, you consent to being registered for Zoom meetings using your account email. Zoom's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply when using Zoom services.

Training materials are provided on an "as is" basis. Agile Marketing Mastery makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or applicability of course content to your specific business situation. Results may vary.

In no event shall Agile Marketing Mastery be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

Agile Marketing Mastery may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
