How We Store Zoom Data:

• OAuth tokens are stored AES-256 encrypted in our database
• Meeting IDs and join URLs are stored with class records
• No Zoom passwords or sensitive personal data are stored beyond what is listed above
• All data transmission uses TLS 1.2+

Data Retention:

• Zoom OAuth tokens are retained while the integration is active and deleted upon disconnection
• Meeting and recording data is retained as long as the associated course exists
• You may request deletion of your data at any time

We do not sell, share, or transfer your Zoom data to third parties. Zoom data is used solely to deliver training services through our platform.
